1. Donations

All donations made to Nature Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or canceled, except in specific cases such as:

  • Duplicate donations due to technical error.

  • Unauthorized transactions made without your consent.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction. We may request proof of payment or transaction details to verify your claim.

2. Event Registrations or Campaign Contributions

If you have registered for an event, workshop, or campaign through Nature Trust, cancellation or refund requests may be considered only if:

  • The event is canceled or rescheduled by us.

  • You inform us at least 5 days before the event date (if applicable).

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the same payment method used during registration.

3. Product Purchases (if applicable)

If your organization sells eco-friendly products, plants, or merchandise through the Nature Trust website:

  • Returns will be accepted only for damaged or defective items.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Shipping or courier charges for returns are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

After inspection, eligible refunds or replacements will be initiated within 10–15 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account).

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
