2. Delivery of Physical Products

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery Partners: We use reliable courier or postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking Information: Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Please note: Delivery time may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.


3. Delivery of Digital Products / Certificates

For donations, sponsorships, or campaigns:

  • E-certificates or acknowledgements will be sent to your registered email within 24–72 hours after successful payment.

  • If you do not receive your digital item within this period, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free delivery may be offered for specific campaigns, donation drives, or minimum order values.


5. Delivery Delays

We make every effort to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays

  • High demand during special campaigns or festive seasons

In such cases, our team will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue quickly.


6. Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • You may be required to pay re-shipping charges to resend the item.

  • Refunds are not applicable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
