This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Duration

  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer to deliver.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping, unless mentioned for specific campaigns or digital items.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on certain campaigns or for orders above a specific value.

  • Donation-based items such as tree-planting certificates or digital acknowledgements are delivered free via email.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status on our courier partner’s website.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
Nature Trust will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay re-shipping charges.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your products. However, in rare cases:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification.


7. Shipping of Digital Items

For digital or donation-based items such as:

  • Tree-planting certificates

  • E-donation receipts

  • Event participation acknowledgements

These will be sent directly to your registered email ID within 24–72 hours of successful payment.
No physical shipping applies to these items.
